I just came across it, so not sure if it'll work. Edit now that I actually tried it again, it's easier in Putty anyway to turn on session logging to "printable output" and then run Show All. I spent a bit of time today trying to find some easy way to read configuration files and to compare.
After looking around I came up with the following solution. I'm a bit late for this post but it might help someone else in the future. The output will be one large character string.
