As with Oblivion , Fallout 3 is a great candidate for a remaster where significant improvements could be made without expending huge amounts of resources. The Fallout series has struggled to keep up its acclaim in recent years. Fallout 76 tried to take the series to multiplayer to mixed reviews, while many fans consider Fallout 4 a better shooter than it is an RPG.
Going back to Fallout 3 could help restore some of the series' credibility without the risks of making another full-fledged Fallout game. As with Oblivion 's character models, Fallout 4 's customization options leave a lot to be desired. In another similarity with Oblivion , mods like Fallout Character Overhaul demonstrate just how much better the game can look without needing to be fully remade.
Returning to Fallout 's Capital Wasteland and seeing it brought back to life in all its post-apocalyptic glory wouldn't just be a treat for Fallout fans, but a reminder of what Bethesda is capable of at its best. Fallout: New Vegas may be the Bethesda game most deserving of a remaster, although technically it was developed by Obsidian Entertainment and published by Bethesda.
It is the story of the game's development, however, that shows just how much potential a remaster could have. Fallout: New Vegas is a fantastic RPG with some of the most memorable characters in the franchise, great dialogue, and a unique western spin on the series. It achieved all that despite a constrictive development timeline which saw major parts of the game, including a far larger version of New Vegas itself, to be cut before the retail release.
It seems unlikely that Obsidian will work with Bethesda again, but Bethesda could go back and remaster some elements of New Vegas, expanding the strip and updating the graphics to truly bring Obsidian's original vision to life.
Fans have been asking for a New Vegas remaster or sequel for years, and a remastered version of Fallout: New Vegas could be very successful. As well as working on Starfield and The Elder Scrolls 6 , Bethesda's Austin Office has been working on a mysterious, unannounced project. It's possible the secondary studio is already working on remastering an older Bethesda game, but for now fans can only wait and see. Many intense gunfights and adventurous adventures await you, taking place at the dawn of the 20th century — at a time when the era of cowboys is gradually coming to an end.
The player will meet John Marston — a man whose fate pushed him against his bloody past, a man who had the honor to return justice to cruel lands. RDR will allow you to plunge headlong into everything associated with the Wild West — train robberies, shootouts, bounty hunting. In addition to an exciting storyline, an open world awaits you in multiplayer mode, where players can create squads of up to 8 people in each.
You will be surprised, but the next project on our list cannot found either on PC or any consoles. The player expects — an open world filled with interesting characters, many interactive elements of the RPG Games Like Oblivion, crowds of dangerous enemies, an impressive set of weapons, items, and magic runes — all this resembles that Oblivion, only in a pocket version.
Add here an interesting plot, simple and intuitive controls, and a wonderful soundtrack — all fans of mobile fantasy must read the project! The game offers both first and third-person modes — everyone can choose to their liking. This project, which is a direct continuation of Two Worlds, released in , reveals all the secrets of the first part, explains the reasons for the events that happened, and contains many unexpected plot twists. The project boasts a well-developed storyline, varied gameplay, and an extensive complex system of side quests that can diversify the journey through the game world.
There is also a crafting system with which players can create new unique items from various basic ones. You can always have a go at The Witcher series. You can start with the 3rd one if grapics is an issue.
Just do not play Gothic 3, it's unfinished mess, a beta build at best. Try out Risen franchise, Gothic 1 and 2 if you can stand the graphics. The Witcher is good but it's more a story driven RPG, you can't really build your own protagonist, you are already a witcher. Modded to hell Morrowind is pretty decent as well even for those who have never played it. Also Enderal is amazing. Kongha View Profile View Posts.
Dragon Age 2 is good? Get out of here dude XD Jk, to each their own I guess. I actually suggest trying Fallout 4 with the "Lush" mod that takes away the dead wasteland look and "Modern Firearms".
If you are at all into guns then you will love it. Probably hundreds of guns are added to the game and you can change all of the parts out to build them however you want. Very realistic and it makes the game totally different. Guns kill in a few bullets and some such as Snipers will kill in 1 shot. You basically have to play tactical but it's really fun to go into a building with a shotgun taking out everyone - idk that mod alone made Fallout awesome without it I don't think I would have enjoyed the game near as much.
